With a foreign spouse, do I qualify for the EHG Grant?

Hi, my wife is a foreigner holding on to Ltvp. I’ve worked for a year+ now and am having a monthly salary of S$4k only. My wife is currently not working. I know that base on foreign spouse scheme , I am able to get the single grant $25,000 if buying 4 room or smaller.

Question: what about the EHG Grant? Does EHG calculate base on my own salary so 4k salary and we will get only $5k grant OR $4k/2 = S$2k so 27.5k EHG grant. Please advise thanks!

Based on the link, the gross monthly household salary will include all staying in the flat. And the average is across the 12 month period and not per person.

Best if you reach out to HDB and confirm with the HDB staff.
