Will I still get cashback if my transaction is cancelled on the SCB Manhattan Card?

I have spent around $3k on my manhattan card in December 2019. However, due to the recent COVIC-19 i have to cancel my trip and the merchant will refund the fares to my credit card.

If anyone know what will it happen to my cashback that were already given to me?
