Will I qualify for the qualifying child relief and working mother child relief for this upcoming tax assessment if my child is born in Jan 2020?

Hi all,
I am a working mother and has just given birth to my 1st child in Jan 2020. Will I qualify for the child relief and working mother relief for this upcoming tax assessment?

Do I have to claim these tax relief myself or will IRAS automatically be updated with my child's info?

If my SA account has reached FRS balance (181k for this year). For tax relief next year, should I top up cash $7K to SA or OA by Dec 2020 or Jan 2021?
