When it comes to the transferring of shares, clients will have to instruct both parties to initiate the transfer.

Our share transfer team will contact your broker directly as well to initiate the transfer.

The transfer has to be initiated from your current broker. This is not something that SAXO can do for you (although once you've initiated the transfer, you'll probably also have to notify SAXO so that they can anticipate your transfer and the transfer won't be blocked by their controls).

Do not that depending on your broker, the fees can vary from USD0 (FSMOne) to USD100 per counter (Tiger Brokers). So do check if it's worth to pay the fee (considering also that your shares will be locked during the transfer which can take up to 6 weeks) or would it be more worth to simply sell and rebuy on SAXO.
