The maximum loan repayment period for HDB loans is 65 years minus buyer's age or 30 years, whichever is shorter.
Total Debt Servicing Ratio calculates the percentage of your income that can go into servicing your loan. At present, the highest TDSR is 60%.

If you have significant credit card debt and/or nearing 65 years old, then your loan limit will be affected.
