Will Condo Rentals increase or decrease during this time of Covid-19 and are there any support for Condo owners? Are Condo rentals still a viable investment?

What are some of the measures that will help condo owners? will renting out a condo still be a viable investment?

Condo rentals is still a viable option long term wise... Singapore will continue to allow foreigners to come in to work.

During this time, what i see from the stats is Condo rental increase. But i not sure if the news is accurate even though its from top property companies.

there are only deferment on loans for property...

Yes rental still is a viable income, and viable investment... especially if you manage to buy cheaply.

If you bought it a few years ago, a property owner will probably still be in negative equity, servicing monthly bank loans that is higher than his rental income. If tenant disappeared, then its $0 income.
