Will CCS help Non-PR holder / Foreigner from Debt situation?

Hi, non-PR holder / foreigner can also get help from CCS as they are an non-profit NGO. If counselling is needed you do have to go through a Online Debt Management Course first and if consolation is needed you have to submit a Counselling Request Package (with supporting documents such as your credit report which you need to order etc.).
