Why sign up for Trust Bank (FairPrice x Standard Chartered) Latest Digital Bank? (Get up to 1.4% INTEREST RATE + $35 NTUC Voucher)

If you are still a student, a non-salaried employee or still thinking of what to do with life, do sign up for the latest Digital Bank in Singapore - TRUST Bank.

Why?

TLDR - all the clutter and random promotions

1) You get up to 1% interest on the first $50,000 with no conditions

2) If you use their debit/credit card >5 times a month, you will get 1.2% p.a!

3) If you are a union member, you will get up to 1.4% p.a

Even so, i highly recommend all students to get this card, use it to take public transport and you will easily get 1.2% p.a on your first $50,000 no questions asked.

IMO this is the highest interest rate with literally no conditions tied. (it beats almost every other savings account) - I am discounting Multiplier/UOB One etc due to its numerous conditions.

And yes! Even if you are an existing Standard Chartered Customer, you will STILL BE ELIGIBLE for all the initial sign up gifts (E.g. 1KG Rice, Kopitiam Breakfast Set, $25 + $10 NTUC FairPrice voucher).

If you found the above information helpful, please sign up using my referral link "5Q5FEE2X" and we both get an additional $10 NTUC FairPrice voucher! (:

How to sign up? (It takes less than 3 mins)

1) Download the Trust Bank App on either App Store or Play Store

2) Click use referral code

3) Enter my referral code - 5Q5FEE2X

4) Go through the entire process via singpass

5) Select either a savings account(debit card) or Credit Card

6) Instant approval!

Singlife offers 1.5% for first SGD10K, so I wouldn't say Trust account has the highest interest rate with no conditions tied though.

Also, might be good to be transparent in sharing the criteras one needs to hit in order to get the "up to 21%" cashback.
