Why is ST engineering not able to produce weapons and military equipment as good as lockheed martin?

Firstly, the USA army is in constant real battles, this allows them to test products and give a product feedback loop with the product being tested in real time.

Secondly USA has the talent as well and its workforce consists of locals with the supply chain being located in the USA, this allows easier customistaion of products and being able to make improvements quickly since the supply chain process is entirely in the States itself. This is similar to the Israeli forces where their military expertise is in tip top notch because of the constant wars they have

Well I guess it's whether we have the capacity as well as land space to even research and develop weapons & military equipments. Also considering the fact there are more "war scenarios/risk of war" in the US (eg US/Iran), there is this requirement to produce more state of the art military equipments.​​​
