Why is Singapore experiencing a Property Bull Run now? Does this mean it's bad for REITs?

OPINON: Think more relate to low interest rate? More people buy house, if there is no ABSD i think sg property market will explode. Low interest rate = cheap money.

Recently lot of REIT also take advantage of these, issue right, rising fund for acquisition of new properties , merging etc. In a long term, is good coz the REIT size increases.
