OP, just a little explanation based on the first screenshot. Interest will be calculated on daily basis, accumulated and reflected throughout the whole POLICY MONTH (NOT CALENDAR MONTH). It will not be credited to your account balance but instead displaying as separate amount. It will only be credited together with your account balance when the whole policy month has reached.
Do take note on issue about FAST function, I believe not all banks and their various account types have FAST function available. I understand local banks such as DBS, OCBC and UOB are all able to transact promptly via FAST, but if you have used/are intending to use foreign banks to do fund transfer to Singlife account, do take note of the processing duration (and hence the delayed updated display) and Singlife's disclaimer of not being able to provide any interest amount during time lapse. Refer to second screenshot for details.
For all transactions which are in doubt of completion, you should also consider contacting them via the various channels listed in the third screenshot. A need to highlight that Singlife's customer service do not operate 24/7, only 9.30am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding PH). It would be great to also check out with your own respective bank on whether the transaction has been successfully completed in terms of transfering out. There just may be a possibility of inputing the wrong account details. Hope your issue gets resolved swiftly.
