Why is CPF Enhanced RS payout less than x3 of BRS' payout? Is ERA yield less advantageous than BRS?

This is because the interest on the first $60K of CPF RA monies is higher than the subsequent amounts.

Thus, on BRS, the effective interest will be higher as the bulk of the amount will be earning 5%-6% p.a. This leads to a higher payout.

On ERS, most of the amount is earning 4% p.a. Thus the payout cannot be exactly 3x of BRS payout.
