Why do SPDR and Nikko AM STI ETFs have such big difference in dividends?

Why did SPDR and Nikko AM STI ETFs announce such different dividends?? Nikko 0.55 cents, SPDR 0.4 cents. Why the big difference?

Distribution policy is at the discretion of the ETF manager. So I think have to check directly with the fund manager?
