Why do my UOB Uniplus and DBS Savings Plus accounts not charge me fall below fees?

I maintain about $90 in my UOB Uniplus and $100+ in my DBS Savings Plus on average but I was never charged with fall below fees before. (Definitely glad that I'm not charged fall below fees but am curious why!) Im 22 this year btw. Thank you!

For those 26 years old and below, there is no fall-below fee for POSB (and OCBC). I suppose UOB also operates on the same principle but you will need to check with them to confirm.
