Why do I receive only part of the stock dividend?

I am on OCBC Blue Chip Investment Plan (BCIP) which is a Dollar Cost Averaging plan.

For C38U stocks, I only received the dividend portion of dividend rate 0.0089 but not the dividend portion of dividend rate 0.031.

According to dividend.sg , C38U has both declared dividend of 0.0089 and 0.031 (same ex date and pay date).

Can any kind soul please shed some light?

You can contact OCBC to confirm on the dividend details. Sometimes there might be delays for the different dividends declared. They should be able to help to check and verify.

1 Dec 2020: The other dividend should be credited. Please check and call OCBC if it is not.
