Why are two of the distribution to unitholder values in the annual report are different?

Was looking through the ascendas REIT 2019 annual report and would like to find out why the numbers from "distribution to unitholders at the end of the financial year" in the distribution statement differ from the "distribution paid to unitholders in the cash flow statements.
Are they not the same thing? What are the differences and why are they different.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you
