Which US stocks are still in the dip and present good buying opportunity?

Sea is definitely a good choice! But it's not very far off from its ATH presently and perhaps not as attractive as other stocks like Square and Alibaba, which are still significantly below their ATH. They are currently still in the dip due to FUD in the crypto market / Chinese government crackdown on Chinese tech giants, but IMO their growth prospects are still intact :)
