Anyone has any insights on how developer pricing works for new launch condos? Is it true that buying new launch condos earlier tends to be cheaper?

My BTO just MOP & Im looking to upgrade to a condo of 1mil @ 9xx sqft. ECs are not an option due to MSR & new launch condos seem too ex. Are resale condos viable, with plans to downgrade in 2033-2035?

Hi! May I check for buying new launch condos, the electrical appliances that I see in showroom, these will be given to me in actual condo when TOP? Will the brands be stated in the purchase contract?
