Which Telco Plan to use during NS?

With the many reviews & issues of the teleco plans, which one should I go for? My preference is as follows:

15 ~ 30GB
require talktime
preferably not network coverage issue
good customer service
reliable teleco.

Any suggestions.

Salaryman at some company

I use MyRepublic and my husband uses giga. Not bad. But where is your camp? Depending on the location, the network strength may be different for you and me.
