Which telco has the best connection in MRTs?

Particularly along the NEL. I'm on VIVIFI (Singtel network) but I can barely load YouTube videos...

I use Singtel and the network works fine. I have heard Circles people reporting issues before but M1 people saying that theirs is fine despite both Circles and M1 using the same network. Not sure if telcos give certain priority to thier own customers.
