For dividend investing only, i will diversify

Every month i will look at coming dividend. Then from there i will select the Reit /stock.

Because i targeting every month collect dividend. Still building.... still got some month no $$$.😔

Imagine if you early retire, u want to live off dividend. If they only pay Quaterly is very painful. Some even pay once a year😬
