I have some spare cash on hand and decided to purchase some shares on S-Reits. Purpose is to collect dividends over a long time horizon. I am unsure on the procedure and platforms to use (in terms of security, fees etc). Please advise.

You can look at SYFE on their REITs portfolo...they are robo advisors and as a first time investor, i suggest try robo advisor first...
