Which miles credit card should I choose?

I have a few Miles Credit cards in mind but I have issues choosing.

1) DBS Altitude

2) Citi premier miles

3) UOB Prvi miles

UOB seems to have a high earning rate, but then I'm not sure if it's easy to get fee wavier without hitting minimum spend. They also don't have a lounge pass.

DBS Altitude seems okay, and it's easy to get a fee waiver.

Citi Premier miles are pretty decent as there is "Citi Payall" that I can use for my insurance payment. Which is a better alternative to "Cardup". Similarly, I'm not sure if it's easy to get a fee waiver.
