I got mine at Poh Heng. But this was due to circumstances not in my control. I'm satisfied with them and the wife is happy, so sometimes you can't place a price on happiness.
Ideally you'd want to go shop around first before committing, and it is known that the shops in Chinatown have very competitive prices. This will also apply to other things like Guo Da Li items.

Hi Anonymous!
Firstly, congratulations on taking the next big milestone with your partner!
The short answer from me: You can head down to People's Park Complex. There a number of shops selling Gold there that is catered to buyers of 四点金. After doing some shopping around there, you can then give 'One Ounce 萬豪' a go. I bought my set from there and I believe I got a good deal :) They are located at #02-30 on People's Park Complex.
Longer answer:
My personal advice would be to do some shopping around as there is one shop that gives the best deal. Although there will be shops that can offer better prices, it all boils down to how well you can negotiate and how much 'camaraderie' you can forge with the shop representatives.
Having said that, do bear in mind that the price of Gold is somewhat fixed based on the market rate.
What you can negotiate for, however, is the price of the workmanship. This is something you should definitely also ask for a bargain for whenever you speak to these sellers.
Hope this helps
