TD Ameritrade because of the 0.00 USD trading & account management fees.
Opening process is reportedly sluggish.

IBKR hands down. I was gonna use TD but their FX fees are not as good plus there is a $25 withdrawal fee. The FX fees are probably the one that will kill you the most. But yes, IBKR has the inactivity fee, but in the long run it is more worth it! Also, account opening on TD Ameritrade takes ages. IBKR took a day to open an account.
