Which is cheaper at what amount when DCA-ing US stocks in IBKR compared to Syfe Trade?

IBKR has a USD 0.0035/share (min USD 0.35) while Syfe Trade has 2 free trades a month.

However, IBKR has a better exchange rate than Syfe Trade (but IBKR still has a 0.2 basis point (min USD 2) conversion fee).

With all the fees taken into account, which will be cheaper to use to DCA US stocks eg. TSLA, GOOG, etc. at a certain amount?
