Post graduate degree in Singapore - local universities or private school, which is better investment for your career and why?

Hello!
It depends on the field you’re studying in and whether there’s better career progression with an better qualifications! :)
For example, I’m in the science healthcare field.
So for private school -> 1 year degree or 2 years with honours
For local University -> 3 years w/o honours or 4 years with honours
For fresh grad 👩🏻🎓from local university :

I believe you consider post graduate for your career growth and you have one desired industry in mind, not just joining for Ph.D purpose / figuring out where your heart lies.
For post-graduate degree, in my opinion, only two things matter : rankings, and salary progression. most uni provides employment report, that drives my decision.
So to answer your question, match the one that is suitable with your capability but also sync that with your career goals. I, myself, can’t reach INSEAD / Essec level (gmat 700+), but the three uni (SMU, NTU, and NUS) don’t post such a difficult standard and they have reputable name.
