Which health insurance providers now covers COVID-19 internationally (not just in SG)?

Travelling soon for work, need advice on long-term COVID-19 coverage but don't know the best way forward. Local or overseas providers?
I understand NTUC Income offers some plans but has a long list of excluded high-risk countries so that's out for me.

Am referring to HEALTH insurance i.e overseas hospitalisation etc., not just travel insurance. Thank you!
