The HST has much higher expense ratio but is dominated in SGD (convenience & less forex conversion) while 3067 has a significantly lower expense ratio (forex risk & may have higher transaction fees too).
Will be DCAing on dips. Thanks!?

You will encounter forex risk with both ETFs, regardless of the currency of the ETF. HST is not currency hedged. You will be exposed to forex risk of the currency that the underlying assets are based on, which is HKD.
The difference in expense ratio is rather large at 0.68% (HST) vs 0.25% (3067).
Another factor to take into consideration is the minimum lot size. You can buy HST in lots of 10 as compared to lots of 100 for 3067.
