Which fixed deposit plan has the highest interest rate?

Hello! I'm planning to put in 10K, as a fixed deposit for 5 years, to earn some interest, under CIMB Why Wait fixed deposit Scheme (1.8% p.a if done online). Is this a good move?

How is ICBC offering such high interest rates(1.85% pa) for their fixed deposit: min. 500SGD They offer higher interest rates for usd. What might be the risk for both ICBC and their customers when they offer such a high i/r?
