Hi anon,
I do SA RSTU first, then SRS if I have to.
This is due to the 4% return on my SA monies, fuss free.
I am also wary of contributing too early to SRS as a $15.3K/yr contribution for 20 years can easily balloon to over $400K when invested. This will have an impact when I withdraw after the statutory retirement age as I might potentially have to pay tax (depending on what the tax brackets and rules look like at that time). So I prefer to leave space for SRS top ups later on in my career.

Ignoring your income level, I'd say CPF SA. More than just the 4% guaranteed returns, there's a max cap on SA. Also, if you are not an investor by nature, leaving your money in SRS isn't wise because of the low returns.
