Which DEBIT CARD gives cashback/rebates from bill payments?

Hello! I am currently a student with no income hence I am not eligible for credit card.
I am helping out with the house bills which amounts to $600 per month.
Are there any debit cards that will allow me to earn Cashback from bill payments?

UOB one rebates 6% for SP Services. I think there is a cap though, so check it out.

I do not recall any. Debit card generally has less attractive rewards than credit cards.
