Before joining any company, I would assume you already have the relevant qualifications that are required for you to embark on a cybersecurity role. Cybersecurity is touted to be a sunrise profession for the future. Due to the advancement of technology and the potential threats that come with it, many industries are already embracing cybersecurity measures to counter and manage these threats effectively. As to which industry to join, it’s very dependent on one’s career’s interest and how joining the industry can continue to support your development in the domain especially when the field is expected to evolve rapidly in the face of global advancements.
