Which credit cards allow one to earn miles off topping up a nets flashpay card?

Similarly, the miles cards I've come across specifically exclude the top-ups to prepaid cards such as NETS. Wouldn't be able to generalise for all cards, but most miles cards should have such a clause. Could be worthwhile checking their T&Cs careful before applying/using. Cheers!
