Which credit card is best for transaction dispute /chargeback?

Currently i'm using UOB one, so recently I bought from a website which turns out to be scam.

Trying to dispute their transaction but takes so long?
This is just a low value amount, what if it's a big transaction?

i'm considering switching to a CC that gives better customer service.

Amex are well known for the customer service. They will almost always side with you. The only downside is they're not accepted at as much locations as visa/mc
