Which broker should I use

I would like a broker with minimum fees,

mainly

no fees on withdrawal of money
no dividend handling fees
no inactivity fee

the broker need to have easy UI.

im looking between Syfe Trade, MooMoo and tiger.

I have account with Syfe Trade, but the issue is, for instance, MSFT, if I made two purchase at share price 240 and 250, and current share price is 260, the system won't allow me to choose which purchase would I want to sell. The purchase at 240 or 250? So it's like I'm selling the whole thing at average price. Take reference from EToro

I feel like all the 3 brokers do not really allow you to sell your chosen shares that you would like...
