Which banks in Singapore offer HDB loans of less than $100K?

I would like to know which banks in Singapore offer HDB loans of less than $100K?

None, as far as i know from a loan broker.

$100k is min loan amount, meaning the price must be at least $143k. let's say round up to 150k.

another criteria is min 3 room. most banks will not loan for 2room.
