Are there any bank(s) in Singapore that allow customers to create a second singly saving account, that will be use to link to a debit card, and does not have any minimum initial deposit, minimum average monthly balance, minimum spending and no fees (such as the fall below fees)
This is to reduce the amount of money loss if the debit card was hacked. Also, useful for customers who could not get a credit card if they could not meet the credit card requirements, such as the minimum annual salary.

Hi Jackie, you can always contact your preferred bank to ask about it and perhaps raise your concerns with them! But generally i think most banks do allow that. Personally I do have a 2nd account with the same bank as my credit card, so it should work the same for other banks.
