Where to check the total amount spent on public transport when you are using credit card for public transport?

I don't use a DBS credit card, but you may be able to view your posted transactions somewhere in the app. If that's not possible, one way you can track your public transport transactions is to add the card to the transit link simplygo app. When you use your phone to pay for public transport, it will get recorded accordingly and you can calculate how much you've spent that way, albeit manually.
