Where's the best place to park $20k now if I need it in about 1 year's time?

Hi I have about $20k on hand that I want to park in a relatively safe and stable place as I'll need it to fund my home reno in 1 year's time. What's the best option right now to maximise my money? I'm looking at Singlife but open to any (better) ideas.

I don't know much about investment. I just think about the bank and some short-term investment fund flagle unlimited.

High risk high return..low risk low return. Investment always come with risk. 30/10/2021 $21451.

My smaller account slowly growing in crypto.com. 9hours ago 13/11 was $2999. Now floating at $3178.

Total up is $1020 for round up 1000 sand coin.
