I think it's good to read both international sources, and Singapore-specific sources. The former will give you exposure to learning lessons from arond the world. The latter will give you tactical advice that's specific to your chosen market, because you can't always just ape what's been done in another market and apply it blindly to a local market.
For international sources, entrepreneur.com is great for general business guides, while saastr.com is great for tech startups.
For Singapore-specific content, try providecover.com/blog. There's plenty of material here that's focused on how to start, scale, and manage your business in Singapore.
