I use coinhako to buy BTC and ETH. They also have many other coins such as ADA, BNB, DOGE etc. Easy to use as you can transfer cash via online banking into the account directly. Log in everyday to gain points to redeem rewards e.g. trading fees discount or bonus ZIL, BAT, XRP coins :)
My Coinhako referral code and referral link is https://www.coinhako.com/affiliations/sign_up/1... or key in referral code 181586_60032971. After signing up, use COINGECKO to lower trading fees from 1% to 0.8%.βββ

The most simple way would to be buy on Binance International (not Binance Singapore), which can be differentiated by the different websites. You can create an account using my referral: https://www.binance.com/en/register?ref=60172999
Once you have an account on Binance International, you can buy BTC or ETH via Credit Card method (2%) or P2P trading method (much like carousell, but for cryptocurrencies). The P2P trading method has no fees, you simply send the money via bank transfer/PayNow to a vendor of your choosing and recieve BTC/ETH within minutes.
Next, you need to buy your hardware wallet (to store offline). I recommend Trezor. (https://trezor.io/)
Once you have your BTC/ETH in your binance wallet, you can send it to the wallet address of your offline Trezor wallet, and Ta-da you own BTC/ETH offline.
Hope this helps!
