Where/how do you do your homework when planning for your first HDB flat?

Other than reading Seedly content (very insightful), are there any recommended property blogs or websites that I can read to prepare myself while planning for my first HDB 3 room flat purchase as a single (private properties are out of my budget and how I wish gov allows 3rm bto for single). I don't really have any guidance so I'm pretty much on my own in doing research. TIA!
