Can consider money market funds via cash management solutions as an alternative to savings accounts. Savings accounts are capital guaranteed, money market isn't. But the probability of losing money is low, and even if it's a loss, it should be a small one.

Cash management account is generally quite safe. I would put a huge portion in cash management acc and leaving some in bank acc. Bank interest rates are very low these days. If you are more comfortable with fixed deposits, DBS has 18mth fixed depo at 1.3% p.a.
In the meantime, you can still DCA monthly into robos with 100% Equities so as to buildup a pot for the long haul.
