Where do you store your emergency savings (Liquid) and be sure of the bank security?

I've just lost my hard-earned money to some fraudulent online transactions (unknown to me, happen when I was asleep) made on a savings account (aka no spending, no possible security leak) and is highly skeptical of bank security now.
Thankfully I don't put all my eggs in one basket but Bank Security is hardly mentioned of (definitely also up to individual to do safe online purchasing), so Seedly Community please advise! Also, if you've experienced before, what did you do?

Avoid saving credit cards details on shopping portal. My friends have experienced fraudulent transactions due to that. Personally I think the local banks’ security can still be trusted, just be careful when clicking links and email. So as of now, i would still choose to keep the emergency funds in banks, but if you wish, can consider fixed deposits. Open a few with different expiry so that you won’t forfeit all the interest if ever you have to access part of the pool.

Don't think bank security is at fault for fraudulent online transactions. More likely due to phishing website or other scam sites. On your bank and credit card accounts, you could disable overseas transactions.
