When you are looking to invest small amounts monthly into ETFs between $200 to $1000 is it better to use Kristal.AI or TDA with their new $0 commission fee ? Which is more safer?

TD A seems as safe as can be, when 2 factor authentication is employed. When the brokerage company goes 'broke" (pun intended) the stocks held are still yours and protected.
