When would the Lifetime Retirement Investment Scheme be made available to the public?
In 2016, the CPF Advisory Panel announced two new initiatives: The Escalating Life Payout Plan, and the Lifetime Retirement Investment Scheme. The Escalating Life Payout Plan was made available to the public from 1 Jan 2018 onwards. When would the Lifetime Retirement Investment Scheme be introduced? Also, would low cost funds such as Vanguard and Dimensional Funds be made available under the Lifetime Retirement Investment scheme, or the existing CPFIS?

Right now I think there are no specific roll out dates. The news was from 2016 and it didn't state any specific date that it will start the program.
