When it comes to interview, what to share and not to share?

Look at interviews as a two-way assessment. You have every right to assess the feasibility of working in that company. So if there's something that you're not comfortable with sharing and they insist that you do, it's immediately a red flag.

Not being accepted after the interview is not necessarily the worst thing that could happen. It just means there's something out there better suited for you

Avoid sharing jokes. And do not badmouth other people.

Avoid sharing political views (unless explicitly asked to do so)

Dont share horror stories of your ex workplace. keep it cordial. definitely share your achievements
