The REIT gives its dividend on a semi-annual basis (unlike many others who are quarterly). Their financial year ends on 31 December of this year; based on this, the financial statement should be released in February 2020 and you shoudl be receviing the dividends about 1-2 months after the financial statement announcements

Usually you can take reference from their financial year date, in this case it would be 31 Dec 2019. After that, results will typically release 2 months after, and dividend payout will be about 1 month later. You should expect your first payout in March 2020 (projected distribution yield of 5.8% in FY2020 and 6.0% in FY2021).
