What would you choose, Harvard admission or 3 million dollars? Why?

3 million dollars. Then give half a million to Harvard as “Donations”. I will have $2.5Milllion and havard admission.

I would like to suggest an alternative here, in case you wanna hear the other side of the coin. Yes 3m is a lot. However that 3m is nothing compared to the friends, the connections, the value you have. Remember that it's not always about the money but the value in you.
